High-strength All-steel Frame Structure
The main body of the tobacco leaf dryer is welded with Q345B high-strength steel, with a compressive strength of 345 MPa, which is 20% higher than ordinary steel. The surface of the steel is hot-dip galvanized to form an anti-corrosion layer with a thickness of 80 microns, which can effectively resist the erosion of hot and humid gases generated during the tobacco leaf drying process, and the service life is extended to more than 15 years.
High-efficiency And Energy-saving Hot Air Circulation System
The tobacco leaf dryer has a built-in axial flow fan and a honeycomb air duct to form a hot air circulation system. The wind speed is controlled at 3-5 m/s to ensure that the temperature uniformity error in the drying chamber is ≤±2℃. The hot air circulation efficiency reaches 92%, saving 35% of energy consumption compared to the traditional single-channel drying method. With a 50 mm thick polyurethane insulation layer, the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.024 W/m Kelvin, further reducing heat loss.
