Fully Sealed Structure Design
The integral closed up dryer uses a double-layer stainless steel shell with seamless welding technology and high-temperature resistant silicone sealing strips to form a complete closed space. This structural design can effectively prevent external moisture from entering and prevent the material from absorbing moisture again during the drying process. At the same time, the internal circulation air duct is optimized by CFD fluid mechanics, and the wind speed is controlled at 1.2-1.5m/s to ensure that the hot air penetrates the material layer evenly, and the drying uniformity is increased to more than 98%.
High-strength Alloy Steel Liner
The integral closed up dryer liner is made of high-strength 316L stainless steel, which is formed by CNC laser cutting and bending, with a thickness of 6mm and a compressive strength of 620MPa. The surface is electrolytically polished to form a dense oxide film, and the corrosion resistance is increased by 40%. In high temperature and high humidity environments, the service life can reach more than 15 years, which is 50% longer than that of ordinary dryers.
