Water source heat pump unit is a high-efficiency energy-saving equipment that uses natural water sources such as groundwater, surface water, soil or lake water as heat source or cold source, and realizes refrigeration or heating through the principle of heat pump. Its structure mainly includes the following parts:
structure
Water side heat exchanger (evaporator or condenser) : in direct contact with the water source, the water is extracted and transported through the circulation pump, and the heat is exchanged with the refrigerant in the heat pump system through the heat exchange coil.
Refrigerant circulation system: including compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator. The refrigerant circulates in the system, and the heat energy is extracted or released through four processes: compression, condensation, throttling and evaporation.
User side heat exchanger (condenser or evaporator) : Connected to the air conditioning or heating system inside the building, it provides cool or warm air to the room through secondary circulation of water or direct heat exchange with the air.
Auxiliary equipment: such as water refill system, water quality treatment device, control cabinet, circulation pump, expansion tank, etc., to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the water source heat pump unit.
