Domestic hot water heat pump is a kind of hot water equipment. Its working principle is based on the reverse Carnot cycle: the compressor compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and releases heat to the water through the condenser to increase the water temperature; then the refrigerant is reduced in pressure and temperature through the expansion valve, and absorbs low-grade heat energy in the air in the evaporator, forming a cycle.

High Efficiency Of Heat Exchange System
The main unit of domestic hot water heat pump is equipped with a high-density titanium alloy coil heat exchanger with a thermal conductivity of up to 21 W/m·K, which is much better than ordinary stainless steel (about 15 W/m·K). The coil structure adopts a spiral winding method, which can increase the heat exchange area by more than 20%, thereby improving efficiency.
Pressure And Corrosion Resistance
The shell of the water tank supporting domestic hot water heat pump is made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, and the inner tank is made of enameled steel plate and treated with a high-temperature sintering process of 880℃ to form a dense protective layer, which effectively prevents scale and corrosion. The designed working pressure of the water tank is 0.8MPa, which is suitable for most high-rise buildings and large-flow hot water systems. The thickness of the external high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer is 40mm, the thermal conductivity is ≤0.024 W/m·K, the heat loss is extremely small, and the temperature drop in 24 hours does not exceed 5℃.

The control system of domestic hot water heat pump adopts industrial-grade MCU main control chip, combined with PT1000 high-precision temperature sensor, to achieve ±0.5℃ control accuracy.
